About the YMCA Summer Camps

The YMCA of Greater Moncton offers safe and fun activities supervised by trained, creative and enthusiastic staff.
 
Of all the experiences in a child’s life, camp is amongst the most rewarding and enduring. Camp teaches children the meaning of friendship as well as values like respect and responsability. Camp builds skills and boosts self-esteem. Simply put, camp is an experience that can last a lifetime!

At the YMCA we build strong kids – strong in confidence and the character-building values that help them grow into responsible and caring youth and adults.

Supervision

YMCA camp staff are creative, outgoing and enthusiastic making sure your children always feel welcome and encouraged to have fun!  Our staff are also trained in first aid and emergency procedures ensuring the safety of the children at all times. Staff will always fully interact with the campers so everyone participates and builds on their spirit, mind and body

Please note that our YMCA Summer Day Camp program is licensed through the New Brunswick Department of Social Development and we can therefore accept subsidies through daycare assistance. Our YMCA Summer Specialty Camps and YMCA Kinder Camps however, are unlicensed and therefore daycare assistance cannot be accepted as method of payment. Registration

Registration is available by visiting the YMCA Membership Services Desk anytime during our operating hours.

Payment for camp must be made at Membership Services. You will have the option to pay for camp up front using Cash, Debit or Credit card OR you can choose to post date your payment to the Monday before each camp starts with a post dated cheque or pre-authorized credit card withdrawal. Any payments that fail to go through will result in the loss of your child’s spot in camp.
