The YMCA of Greater Moncton Board of Directors recently, and unanimously, adopted new Vision and Mission for the organization during its last board meeting. The new vision and mission were created by the Strategic Planning Committee with input from many leaders and members and are at the hub of the organization’s strategic planning initiatives. The statements are based on the values that shape and inspire YMCA’s operations and clearly articulate its purpose and desired state of the organization.

"The vision and mission statements bring a new perspective and focus to the way the YMCA will be operated in the future," remarked YMCA of Greater Moncton’s CEO, Zane Korytko. "Having these securely in place, we have taken a bold step forward, positioning ourselves as a leading charity. We’ve always been dedicated to helping people attain good health through a healthy lifestyle and encouraging them to get involved in making their community a better place for everyone."
