Youth Spring Programs
 
Junior Boot Camp (Thursdays : 04:45 PM - 05:15 PM)
This circuit-style fitness class will combine cardio training, introductory weight training, and endurance to get your heart pumping and body moving.
 
Junior Step (Tuesdays: 04:45 PM - 05:15 PM)
Come learn the basics of step while having fun and getting fit.
 
Kids in motion I (Monday & Wednesday : 05:30 PM - 06:30 PM)
Kids In Motion is a new program just for kids between 9-12 years of age. Using our new In Motion Room, we will be using sound principles to help our youth members get started on the road to good health through physical activity

Kids in motion II (Monday & Wednesday : 06:30 PM - 07:30 PM)
Now that you’ve already started down the road to a healthy and active lifestyle, continue to keep fit with Kids in Motion-Level 2. Practice what you’ve already learned and challenge yourself with new exercises to keep your body fit and healthy.
 
Dance Zone
Move to the beat of different styles of dance including Modern, Ballet, Hip Hop and Break Dancing. Express yourself through music and movement!
